Scrambled eggs with fresh shrimps, chives and yolks are our family’s favorite and we make them often. Shrimp and eggs are both very nutritious ingredients. This dish is simple to make and rich in nutrients. It is the best dish to supplement calcium, zinc and protein for growing children. Moreover, the fresh shrimps can be replaced with sea shrimps, and the eggs can be replaced with duck eggs. This will make it more flavorful and delicious.

Prepare materials, as shown in the picture: fresh shrimps, eggs, leeks, garlic cloves
