  1. Melt the butter over heat, cut the toast into cubes and set aside. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk and white sugar, and stir evenly. Dip each toast cube in some butter, place it in a baking bowl, and pour in the egg-milk mixture. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 3 minutes, then place the baking bowl in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes
