Pastry fruit puffs
Overview
After getting into baking, I became addicted to making desserts for my family. Taking into account the tastes of my parents, I used fruit as the main ingredient for this puff, supplemented by jam. It is a crispy puff with mango, muscat grape and blueberry jam. It is sweet and sour and very delicious

Sift the flour into the boiling liquid and stir quickly until there are no lumps

After squeezing, take out the pastry, cut it into thin slices, place it on the puff batter, and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
