  1. Make all the preparations first: dough mat, rolling pin, embossing machine, snack cups, cutter and all ingredients.

  2. Pour the ice skin pre-mixed powder into a basin, slowly pour in boiling water, and stir while pouring, until the powder becomes a flocculated dough, then knead it into a ball with your hands.

  3. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for a while, or not. When cooking, cut the material open and prepare it.

  4. Knead the flour into strips and cut into small balls with a cutter.

  5. Add these three kinds of edible colorings into three dough balls respectively: green green apple, yellow orange, and red watermelon flavor, and knead them into three different colors of dough, which will be used as the top printing of the ice skin snacks.

  6. Take a ball of white dough, first roll it into a round shape with your hands, then use a rolling pin to roll it into a dumpling wrapper shape, wrap it with black sesame filling, and roll it into a round ball.

  7. Take a small ball of red dough, roll it flat with a rolling pin, and put it into the first layer of the embossing machine (it must be a small ball, because it is just the flower surface of the snack.). You can also dip it in some cooked cake powder to avoid sticking to the embossing machine, and then put the ball filled with black sesame filling just now and press it tightly.

  8. Push embossing machine, successful.

  9. Just put it into a snack cup. It's best to put it in the refrigerator for a while. It will be even more delicious!

  10. Wrap pork floss in the same method as above. This time I used green as the flower surface.

  11. During molding, you can change to different flower molds, so the patterns will be different.
