Milky Corn Juice
Overview
This season, a large amount of fresh corn is on the market, and there are many varieties of corn, including waxy corn, fruit corn, sweet corn, etc. My family’s favorite foods are sweet corn and waxy corn, mostly cooked. I once ordered corn juice while eating in a restaurant, but it was still very expensive. Taking advantage of the fresh corn now, I made my own milky corn juice at home. It’s really fragrant!

Cut off the corn kernels with a knife;

Put the corn kernels into a cooking pot and add cold water. The amount of water is enough to cover the corn kernels with the height of one finger. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turn off the heat and let cool;

Put the cooled corn syrup into a food processor and beat for 2 minutes (the beating time will depend on the power of your food processor). After that, the corn syrup will be very thick;

Place the beaten corn juice in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before eating. It is very fragrant and refreshing.
