Cut the lean meat into thin strips, add cooking wine, an appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce, mix well, then add starch and mix with your hands.

The amount of starch in the meat should be added until the meat is coated with dry starch. As shown in the figure

Heat up some oil in a pan and fry the meat until golden brown. Use a spatula to turn over and loosen the meat so that the meat does not stick together.

Put all the fried meat in turn, leaving some base oil in the pot.

Add tomato paste vinegar and 30 ml of water, add sugar, add a little salt, mix and cook. (At this moment, you can try whether it is sour, salty or sweet according to your personal taste)

Finally, add a little water starch to thicken the tomato sauce.

Add the pork and stir-fry, mix well and turn off the heat.
