Taro soy milk
Overview
Taro milk tea, taro ice cream, taro buns. . . . Various commercially available taro products always have a light purple color. When I cut the taro open for the first time, I expected to see a purple cross section. But surprisingly, the color seems to be no different from ordinary taro. Why are those taro-flavored things purple? The taro is not smooth enough to eat and is often eaten by itself. This time, let’s try a unique taro soy milk. It certainly won't be purple.
