  1. Debone the chicken legs and cut the cucumber and red pepper into thick strips

  2. Marinate the boneless chicken legs with a pinch of salt and sugar for about 10 minutes

  3. Preheat the rice cooker

  4. Spread a thin layer of salad oil into the rice cooker

  5. Put the marinated chicken legs into the rice cooker and press the cooking button

  6. After the rice cook button is turned to keep warm, open the lid and take out the chicken (be careful if your hands are hot)

  7. When the chicken is slightly cool, chop it into large pieces, stir in the honey barbecue sauce, and wait for 5 minutes
