A combination of Chinese and Western shrimp egg tarts
Overview
Friends who are used to sweet egg tarts may want to try the salty egg tarts - shrimp egg tarts, which have a bit of a combination of Chinese and Western flavors to play with your taste buds. The three umami flavors of shrimp, pork and eggs are blended together. It tastes tender and delicious. Coupled with the crispy egg tart shell, it is simply not too delicious!

Wash the fresh shrimps, peel them, remove the heads and devein the shrimps, keep the tails of the shrimps, sprinkle in appropriate amount of pepper and let them sit for a while

Minced lean meat

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt, chopped green onion and an egg, mix well

Place each 2 shrimps together and place them into the tart wrapper, with the shrimp tails facing up (as shown in the picture)

Then add minced meat to fix it

Beat the remaining egg and pour it into the tart shell until it is 90% full

Place in a preheated oven with a top and bottom heat of 170 degrees, and bake on the middle rack for 35 minutes. After taking it out of the oven, sprinkle with an appropriate amount of chopped green onion
