Roselle soy milk
Overview
I picked up this hibiscus tea at a certain trial center. I saw someone making rose soy milk before (forgot who), so I wanted to try hibiscus soy milk. Hope it's not dark cuisine.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Appropriate amount of soybeans. My bowl is the size of an ordinary bowl. I like to drink thick soy milk, so I put a little more.
-
Start at night and soak until the next day.
-
Soak three roselle buds. (You can add a few more.) Because I was in a hurry, I put the soy milk machine in before they were soaked.
-
Put the soybean buds into the soymilk machine, cover the machine head, and press the wet bean button.
-
When the soy milk was ready, I added an appropriate amount of sugar. I packed it up and took it back to the company to drink. I was pressed for time in the morning, so I didn’t take any pictures of filtering the soy milk. Before making this soy milk, I thought it would be light red, but when it came out, it turned out to be white soy milk, very fragrant and delicious.
