Gold Jade

Gold Jade

Overview

Yesterday I bought some cornbread, which is whole grain. I thought it would be healthier to lose weight. Who would have thought that it was hard and too dry. My dear, I don’t like to eat it. I didn’t think it tasted good either, so I thought of DIYing it to make it softer or crispier.

Steps

  1. First, break the wowotou into finger-sized pieces, put it in a sealed box and soak it in beaten egg liquid for about 10 minutes, let it be completely absorbed, and shake it up. (I took my wowotou out from the refrigerator, so I soaked it for 30 minutes. I was actually obsessed with watching TV~hehe)

  2. First add some oil, use high heat to increase the temperature of the oil, then turn down the heat and start frying slowly one by one. It won't take too long, the surface will be golden. I use chopsticks to turn it over one by one, and the sweet taste will come out~!
