Prepare milk, apples, and eggs.

Beat the eggs and mix well.

Add milk and cake flour, stir until smooth and without lumps.

Peel, core and cut the apples into small cubes.

Melt the butter in the pot.

Add diced apples and sugar and stir-fry.

Saute until the apples become sticky and set aside.

Brush a non-stick pan with a little oil and pour the batter.

When it's semi-dry, put apple filling on one side and fold the unfilled side over.

Fry until both sides are golden.

Remove from pan and plate.
