Corn and Apple Stuffed Bread

I have made stuffed bread many times. This time I used my own home-made applesauce, plus corn. It combines the sweetness and light fragrance of applesauce, and the delicate and soft bread is so tempting that I can’t help but put it in my mouth

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine, press the dough button, knead for 20 minutes, add butter, stir and ferment directly

I also prepared some red beans, one package of red bean corn filling and one package of applesauce corn filling

Divide the fermented dough into 10 parts and let it rest for 15 minutes. Start wrapping the red bean and corn filling

Apple corn filling, after wrapping, mouth side down
