Overview
Cauliflower is a dish we often eat at home. Today I will make a cold cauliflower dish for breakfast. It is very refreshing and easy to make when paired with rice porridge

Break the cauliflower into small florets, put them in water, add salt and soak for 10 minutes

Prepare appropriate amount of minced onion and garlic

Blanch the cauliflower in a pot, remove and set aside
