Little Pig Taro Buns

Little Pig Taro Buns

Overview

I had 500 grams of filling left over from yesterday’s ice-skin making. In the spirit of not wasting, I used it to make steamed buns, just in time for breakfast tomorrow! Kill two birds with one stone.

  8. Place the prepared buns into the steamer and let them ferment naturally for 1 hour. After the water boils, steam over high heat for ten minutes. Tips: The mixed noodles can be filled with stuffing immediately, and can be steamed directly after fermentation, omitting the second fermentation time. I've always done it this way, it's very soft.
