Fried seafood and mushroom fillet
Overview
I once made fried mushrooms using the most common oyster mushrooms, and my parents said they tasted like chicken. This was my first time making seafood mushrooms, and I used the same method. The taste is really good, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very delicious. LG said it has a crab flavor, but I think it has a bit of a shrimp flavor. It still has an aftertaste when I think about it.
