These are peaches grown by a neighbor.

Pour the peaches into a larger basin, then add salt and rub vigorously.

This is the first time I removed it. I washed it with water and then rubbed it a second time.

This is the fourth time I have rubbed it. For the first two times, I used fine salt, and for the next two times, I used coarse salt.

Rinse the peaches clean and make cross cuts.

Just a little more sugar and just a little salt.

Mix well and cover with plastic wrap. Set aside and marinate for one to two hours.
