  1. Wash the bitter melon, cut into thin slices, and soak in concentrated salt water for more than half an hour!

  2. Beat the eggs and stir well

  3. Add oil to the pot, and when the oil is hot, pour in the bitter melon with dry salt water and stir-fry until cooked, add salt and MSG. Pour in the eggs and stir-fry until cooked
