Prepare materials

Wash the grapefruit and peel it off with a paring knife

Peel the grapefruit pulp and set aside

Shred grapefruit peel

Soak the shredded grapefruit peel in salt for an hour to remove the wax on the outside of the peel, then boil it in water for a few minutes to remove the bitterness

Then add water, grapefruit pulp and rock sugar into the pot and cook over low heat for one hour

Cook until thickened, then take it out and let it cool (it will be thick and no water can be seen)
