Cut the pork tenderloin into 3mm thin slices.

Mix the cut pork with appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, thirteen spices, egg white and starch, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut carrots and cucumbers into diamond-shaped slices.

Slice onions and garlic.

Add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, starch, and a small amount of water to the bowl and stir evenly.

Pour oil into the pot. When the oil temperature reaches 40% hot (that is, when you put your hand on top of the oil pot, it will feel slightly hot), add the marinated meat slices, turn them over slightly, and let the oil cook the meat slices. Remove the meat slices as soon as they change color, drain the oil, and set aside.

Leave oil in the pot and add onion and garlic.

After the onion and garlic are fragrant, add carrot slices and cucumber slices.
