The easiest caramel pudding

Pour the milk and sugar together into a pot and cook over medium-low heat (stir while cooking) until small bubbles appear on the edge of the pot, then turn off the heat and let cool.

Beat the eggs, slowly pour in the cooled milk, and stir evenly into an egg paste while pouring.

Sieve the egg batter two or three times and set it aside for 30 minutes. It’s time to cook the caramel!

Pour sugar and water into a pot and bring to a boil over medium-low heat. Shake the pot while cooking. When it reaches amber color, add 1 tablespoon of hot water (be careful not to splash it on yourself)

Pour the cooked caramel into a bowl. You can place it in the refrigerator for a few minutes to allow the caramel to solidify. Take a deep baking pan, fill it half full with water, and then pour the pudding liquid.

Oven at 150 degrees for 30 minutes, the time depends on your own oven. (Be careful not to bake it too old)
