One cucumber, two delicious dishes
Overview
I can't go out on rainy days, so I always want to get something to eat. It just so happens that my son's digestion is not very good these days and he doesn't like to eat very much, so I'm going to make some vegetable noodles for my son to eat. Since I got a children’s juicer at home, I love to make some handmade noodles for my son. I save costs and my son is happy to eat them. In the spirit of not wasting, I also use the squeezed cucumber residue to make pancakes. Two cucumbers make two different delicacies. It’s very comfortable to have a bowl of hot noodles on a rainy day

This is the cucumber residue from juicing. It feels like a pity to throw it away. I plan to use it to make pancakes

When one side is cooked, turn it over to the other side, fry it a little, and then you can take it out of the pan. It will look like this after it comes out of the pan. If you don’t like beautiful pictures, the pancakes will turn out like this
