How to cook Beauty Nectar at home

Before going to bed, put peach gum "soak for more than 6 hours", snow lotus seeds "soak for more than 3 hours", and white fungus in separate containers and add water to soak

The snow lotus seeds after being completely soaked are as shown in the picture
After soaking, put all the ingredients into the pot together, add an appropriate amount of water, boil the water and cook for half an hour, then add the rock sugar. When the rock sugar is completely melted, cook for another 10 minutes. Note: Remember to stir a few times during cooking, because peach gum, white fungus and snow lotus seeds that are rich in gum are easy to stick to the pot
