Wash the fresh peaches and set aside. I want to explain here that I choose harder peaches, which can withstand cooking.

Peel, core and slice the peach (about 1 cm thick).

Put the peach slices into the pot, add chrysanthemum, rock sugar and water. The water should just be mixed with the peach slices. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes, until the soup is thick and the peach slices are soft and cooked.
