Flavored Sea Dough Scrambled Eggs

Hairtail has been super busy these days and has been catching up on homework. I made this dish a few days ago, and I just posted the recipe today. Sea anchovies are actually salty dried fish, served with tender scrambled eggs. You can try it.

Soak the dried fish in warm water for one hour (because it is salty, you can soak it for a little longer if it is not particularly salty)

Beat two eggs with appropriate amount of salt evenly

Chop green onions

Quickly stir-fry the eggs and add the chopped green onions (turn off the heat immediately when the eggs are solidified)
