Original cookies

This recipe was originally posted on the blog, but I don’t know why I posted it more than ten times. I’m already discouraged, so I might as well post the recipe...

Sift the flour and set aside. The picture shows all the ingredients (I forgot to take a picture of the sugar, please remember)

Soften the butter at room temperature, pour in the granulated sugar and stir evenly, then beat continuously with a whisk to beat the butter.

Beat the butter until it swells in volume and becomes slightly lighter in color. Add the egg liquid in three batches and beat evenly with a whisk.

Whipped butter has a light, fluffy texture.

Sift the flour into the butter, and use a rubber spatula to mix the flour and butter into a uniform cookie batter

Fill the piping bag with batter

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and pipe out the cookie batter

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake on the middle rack of the oven for fifteen minutes.
