This recipe was originally posted on the blog, but I don’t know why I posted it more than ten times. I’m already discouraged, so I might as well post the recipe...

  1. Sift the flour and set aside. The picture shows all the ingredients (I forgot to take a picture of the sugar, please remember)

  2. Soften the butter at room temperature, pour in the granulated sugar and stir evenly, then beat continuously with a whisk to beat the butter.

  3. Beat the butter until it swells in volume and becomes slightly lighter in color. Add the egg liquid in three batches and beat evenly with a whisk.

  4. Whipped butter has a light, fluffy texture.

  5. Sift the flour into the butter, and use a rubber spatula to mix the flour and butter into a uniform cookie batter

  6. Fill the piping bag with batter

  7. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and pipe out the cookie batter

  8. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake on the middle rack of the oven for fifteen minutes.
