Stir-fried lettuce leaves
Overview
You read that right, lettuce leaves. A lot of them were thrown away in the market. When I was a kid, my mother picked up a bunch of lettuce leaves and fried them for me. I thought they tasted good. When I grew up, I realized that these things were thrown away by everyone. It was such a pity. As a result, I found this in the supermarket today and saw it being sold as a vegetable. I bought a pound of it and stir-fried it without hesitation. Fragrant and delicious. You might as well give it a try.

Clean and cut into inches.
