Agaricus bisporus egg soup
Overview
When I was about to make dinner, I realized that there were no vegetables at home. Fortunately, I still had a small zucchini. I had a few Agaricus bisporus left over from the fried rice a few days ago. Eggs are a must-have ingredient at home, so I used them to make egg soup. Not to mention that with the addition of Agaricus bisporus, the soup tastes very delicious.
