First put the biscuits into a plastic bag, crush them with a rolling pin and then use a food processor to grind them into powder.

Beat the light cream until it reaches 60%, add an appropriate amount of sugar or condensed milk. (Add sugar according to your own taste. If the cookies are sweeter, reduce the amount of sugar.) Continue to beat until full-bodied and put into a piping bag.

First spread a layer of biscuit powder and compact it firmly. Mount another layer of cream, just like a layer of biscuits and a layer of cream, and the top layer must be biscuit powder. (The biscuits on top of the cream should be pressed lightly, otherwise the cream will be squeezed out)
