Cut the chicory and wash it.

Fry the peanuts until cooked and let cool, dice the preserved eggs, mince the garlic, mince the green onions, and cut the coriander into sections.

Take a small bowl, add two spoons of mature vinegar, one spoon of soy sauce, three spoons of sugar, half a spoon of salt, and half a spoon of chicken essence, and stir.
