Clean a flat fish

Cut off the fish head, cut the fish body into about 5mm slices, and leave the fish belly uncut.

Arrange on a plate, put onions, ginger, wine, salt and put in the steamer.

Remove the onion and ginger, and add the fermented wolfberry and chopped green onion. Pour the steamed fish with soy sauce and pour the hot oil over the chopped green onions.
