Abalone and Spare Ribs Stew

Save the ribs and put the abalone into a casserole. I also put abalone shells in here, which will make it taste more delicious.

Add an appropriate amount of green onion and ginger to remove the fishy smell, and you can also add some wine. Add a handful of dried clams or dried sea rice to add freshness. No MSG, chicken essence or anything else is needed.

Bring to a boil over medium heat and then simmer over low heat until it's done in an hour.

Add salt after it's done, and the light white soup is easy to eat and extremely delicious.
