Prepare cake mix and milk

Four eggs, separate the egg whites and yolks, add 20g of sugar to the egg whites in two batches and beat until the bowl is buckled and the egg white liquid will not flow out

Add egg yolks, cake flour, 30g sugar and 50g milk and mix well

Add all the beaten egg whites to the mixed cake batter in two separate times! Mix again! Be careful not to stir in circles, but stir up and down, otherwise the beaten egg whites will be easily broken up.

Rub oil into the pan, pour in the mixed cake batter, shake the pan a few times to remove air bubbles, and press the "Cake" button
