Crispy Chicken Legs

Poke small holes in the chicken legs with a toothpick, add an appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and ginger slices. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for one night. It doesn't matter if the time is less than 3 hours.

Cut the potatoes into thick slices and marinate with appropriate amount of salt for 5-10 minutes to absorb the flavor.

Brush the potato slices with a layer of vegetable oil and sprinkle with cumin and lay them flat on the tin foil.

Place the marinated chicken legs on top of the potato slices.

Bake in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
