Falafel - a quick and nutritious breakfast. Just prepare the bread slices and mix with salad. It is very convenient.

Prepare two slices of toast. I used black sesame toast, and the same goes for white toast.

Cut off the edges and make a square shape.

Wash the lettuce with cold boiled water, chop it into pieces and add it to the salad bowl.

Add chopped breakfast ham.

Add chopped hard-boiled eggs.

Add blanched grated carrots.

Add appropriate amount of salad dressing according to your own taste.

Take a piece of toast and put some salad on it.

Cover it with another piece of toast and eat it directly or break it into two or four small pieces. For kids, I like everything in fours, which is easier to hold.
