Prepare the ingredients, wash the egg beater, basin, and spoon and keep them dry.

Take 5 eggs and separate the egg whites and egg yolks.

Add salad oil (you can use peanut oil if you don’t have salad oil) and stir in the egg yolks.

Add white sugar, pour in wheat flour in batches, and stir while pouring.

Stir until smooth batter.

Beat the egg whites with a whisk until creamy, pour into the egg yolk paste and mix evenly to make a cake base.

Apply salad oil to the bottom and edges of the rice cooker and preheat for 1-2 minutes.

Pour the cake base into the preheated inner pot and close the lid.

Cut the cake into slices.
