  2. Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 2 eggs, and warm water to the dough. After mixing the dough, leave it for about 10 minutes and knead the dough until smooth.

  3. Roll out the dough into a large piece, sprinkle with some salt, oil and a little flour (the flour can prevent the oil from coming out in the subsequent process), spread it evenly and roll it up.

  5. Press the dough roll vertically into a cake, brush a small amount of water on the surface, and place it on a flat plate with sesame seeds

  6. The semi-finished product looks like this. The next step is to put it in an electric pan and bake it for about 5 minutes. Turn it over once in the middle and it will be golden on both sides~
