Fried Shrimp with Green Onions

Peel the shrimps, score the backs of the shrimps to remove the lines, wash them and marinate them with two spoons of cooking wine and salt for 15 minutes. Cut the green onions into sections, shred the ginger, and flatten the garlic and set aside.

Pour oil into a hot pan, add shredded ginger, garlic, and scallions and sauté until fragrant.

Add marinated shrimp and stir-fry.

Finally add the chopped green onions, season and serve.
