Durian bread
Overview
My son loves to eat durian, so one day I made him a strong-flavored bread, hahaha~ I even ate two of them.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put everything except butter into the bread machine and mix.
-
After 10 minutes add butter and stir.
-
Knead out a thin film that is not easy to break (actually it is not required for making toast, I am used to it)
-
Knead into a ball and place in a basin, cover with plastic wrap and ferment once.
-
Poke a hole in the fermented dough with your fingers dipped in flour, just make sure the hole does not shrink or collapse.
-
Press and deflate the fermented dough, weigh it, divide it into 4 pieces, roll it into balls and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
-
Just mash the durian meat with a fork or spoon (I didn’t take a picture, so I borrowed the picture of durian pizza)
-
Take a piece of dough and flatten it and add durian filling.
-
Wrap it into a round shape with the seam facing down.
-
Place in a baking pan and cover to keep fresh for secondary fermentation.
-
After fermentation, brush the surface evenly with egg wash.
-
Preheat the oven to 180℃ for about 20 minutes (temperature and time are for reference only)
-
Can't stop talking at all.

My son said it was so delicious.
