First put the rock sugar into the yogurt machine, then pour a bag of milk, add the bacterial powder, stir evenly with chopsticks, so that the bacterial powder can be completely integrated into the milk. Add the milk first to prevent the bacterial powder from sticking to the bottom of the pot. If the mixing is uneven, the pot will be sticky. Pour in the remaining milk, stir evenly, and add the acid. In the milk machine, plug in the power and let it ferment for 15-18 hours. I have done experiments and found that if it is plugged in for 7-8 hours, the yogurt is not sour at all. 15-18 hours is just right and the taste is the same as the yogurt you bought. When the time is up, unplug the power and put it in the refrigerator to passivate for 3 hours. The taste is very delicious.
