The fragrance of durian flutters——Durian pizza
Overview
I went to the supermarket a few days ago and bought a durian. It’s really not cheap, but it tastes so good. It has become one of my favorite fruits. I saw there was another box in the refrigerator this morning, so I took it out to make a pizza. Not to mention eating slowly, no one else in the family eats this except me. Haha, I’m so lucky. Those who love it can’t put it down, and those who don’t like it stay away.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix the ingredients for the crust, knead it into a dough, and let it rise to double in size at room temperature.
-
Knead to create bubbles and let rest for 10 minutes.
-
Roll into round cake shape.
-
Place in a greased pizza pan and poke some small holes in the crust with a fork.
-
Put a layer of cheese
-
For the durian flesh, I only used half of these, these are half durians, which means I used a quarter of a whole durian.
-
Pack the durian meat with the core removed in a plastic bag and mash it into puree.
-
Use a spoon to spread evenly over the crust.
-
Put another layer of cheese. I didn’t write down the amount of cheese. Just follow your own preference, but the amount of the upper layer is twice that of the bottom layer.
-
Finally, you can sprinkle a little bit of shredded seaweed, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and heat the middle layer up and down for 10 minutes.
