Overview
This time I made a blueberry-flavored cheesecake. Fresh strawberries were placed on top of the cake. It tasted mellow and had a sweet and sour taste.

First add the gelatin powder to cold boiled water to fully dissolve it, then put it into the heated water and slowly soften it until it becomes watery

Pour the stirred cheese liquid into the cake mold, shake the cheese liquid until the air bubbles are shaken out, then put the cheese liquid in the refrigerator until it is completely solidified. This time will be just right overnight
