Cut off the roots of spinach, remove old and rotten leaves, and clean them.

Cut the peppers into small pieces, soak them in water, and mince the garlic cloves.

Cut the spinach into sections, roughly dividing the stems and leaves.

Put the chili segments into the pot and stir-fry over low heat to dry out the water.

After the water is fried, add appropriate amount of oil, heat over medium heat, and fry the peppers until they are bright red and shiny.

Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

First add the spinach stems to the pot and sauté over high heat for about ten seconds.

Add the vegetable leaves and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the vegetable leaves until soft, add a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of chicken essence, turn off the heat, mix well and serve.
