Dissolve the yeast in water, put flour, salt and sugar in a basin, pour in the yeast water

Knead the dough with your hands, move it to the chopping board and knead the dough by hand

Knead until the dough is smooth, add butter and continue kneading,

The dough is rounded and put into a basin to ferment,

Take out the dough and divide it into 5 equal parts. Flatten the dough and roll it out. Fold the top and bottom 1/3 of the dough

Wrap one end of the fan shape over the other end, pinch and seal to form a bagel, place in a baking pan covered with thick cotton cloth, let it rise for the second time at room temperature, cover with plastic wrap to keep it moist; let it rise for about 30 minutes
