Braised Beans with Medium Wings
Overview
I was originally going to have fried chicken wings and stir-fried beans, but I was lazy and cooked the two dishes as one dish. The taste was unexpectedly good, the beans were particularly soft, and the chicken wings were very fragrant and smooth.

Wash the middle wings, make two cuts on the chicken wings, flatten the garlic, cut the green onions into sections, wash the peppercorns and set aside.

Brush the pan with oil, add the medium-sized wings and fry until both sides change color slightly, add garlic, green onions and Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add soy sauce, white sugar and chicken essence, and add a bowl of water. (If you have dark soy sauce, you can add half a spoonful of it to enhance the color)

Add the prepared beans.

Cover and simmer over medium heat until the juice is reduced.
