Overview
This is my first time making this cake. It tastes good, but the egg whites cannot be completely beaten. Please try a few more times

Have all your tools ready

Separate egg yolks and whites

Add egg yolks, sugar, milk, mix well

Add flour and mix well

Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites and beat, add the sugar twice

Add the beaten egg whites to the egg yolk liquid in two batches, stir up and down

Brush the rice cooker with butter evenly, press to cook, wait until it jumps up, pour in the cake liquid, press again to cook, use a wet towel to block the steam vent, wait until it jumps up, and simmer for another 20 minutes
