Next is the marinated meat. I like the taste of Orleans, so I bought ready-made Orleans powder for marinating. You can also season it yourself, such as using soy sauce, cooking wine, black pepper and a little sugar to marinate. The taste is up to your own preference. Marinate it and put it in the refrigerator for a day until it tastes good

When the meat is marinated and ready to be grilled, use an egg and flour. In order to ensure the best taste, it is best to eat it freshly. If it is left for a long time after being cooked, it will not taste good

Mix eggs and flour into batter. I didn’t add salt because the chicken is already very salty. You can add a little bit if you like

Then comes the key point. Prepare the original corn flakes, which must be original, and then crush them into pieces. It’s a very enjoyable process

Put the chicken covered with corn flakes on a baking sheet covered with tin foil and put it in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees with upper and lower heat for about 20 minutes. Remember to keep the heat low, otherwise the corn flakes will burn, and the corn flakes that are not on the chicken will burn during baking. It doesn't matter, as long as the chicken is not burnt, just remove the burnt parts after baking. Also, take out the chicken cutlets and turn them over after ten minutes, so that both sides will be crispy after baking.
