When making egg fried rice and blanching the assorted vegetables, I blanch them a little more so that I can make an assorted vegetable salad. I use sweet salad dressing and roasted sesame sauce. It tastes so good that I destroyed this plate myself. Hoho...

Steps

1. 1 Blanch the assorted vegetables, cool and drain, and dice the cucumber;

   

2. 2 Squeeze in Kewpie sweet salad dressing and roasted sesame salad dressing (PS: I actually wanted to squeeze it out into a shape, but failed, o(︶︿︶)o);

   

3. 3 Stir it up and you’re done, yummy~
