  1. Boil the ginger rice until there is no hard core and then dry it. Steam it in a basket for fifteen minutes. After it cools down, knead it as shown and knead the rice until it melts.

  2. Fry sesame seeds.

  4. Spread the kneaded ginger rice into a layer and sprinkle with crushed sesame seeds and sugar.

  5. Repeat this for three layers. (Depending on your own preference). Cut into long strips.

  6. Just load it into a plate. Sprinkle with sugar before eating.
