Tomato noodles
Overview
I was gifted a lot of tomatoes grown by myself 🍅, but I can only consume a little bit every day. I was afraid that they would go bad, so I decided to make them into noodles. They are nutritious for children and can be consumed quickly, killing two birds with one stone. Because I grow my own tomatoes, they are not as bright red as sold, and the color effect is not very obvious.

Chop the tomatoes 🍅 into small pieces, add water and use a food processor to make the juice, filter through a drying net and set aside

Put three large cups of noodles into the dough mixer, close the lid and turn on the power switch, then slowly pour about 185ml of tomato juice into the mixer.
